You have:
- Must be a Ugandan citizen.
- Recent graduates who completed a relevant degree within the past two (2) years from a recognized university, with a minimum achievement of a Second-Upper Class degree.
- Young Christian professionals aged 26 or below, actively involved in their church, with strong Christian values, leadership experience, and participation in outreach or mission work.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong character, honesty, and high competency, and be in good physical and emotional health, supported by a recent medical check-up from a recognized medical facility.
- Preference will be given to graduates who have been beneficiaries of World Vision’s child sponsorship program or those who have been positively impacted by World Vision Uganda’s community development programs.
- Candidates must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as relatives working for or affiliated with World Vision Uganda.

World Vision Uganda (WVU) is a Christian relief, development, and advocacy non-governmental organization committed to empowering children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. With operations in over 54 districts across Uganda and 54 Area Programs, WVU implements critical projects in key areas such as health and nutrition; Water Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH); livelihoods and resilience; education; emergency response and child protection.

We are thrilled to announce the recruitment for our Graduate Internship Program (GRIP) Interns for the Financial Year (FY) 2026 cohort. This program is open to recent university graduates who have a genuine passion for serving the most vulnerable, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas of Uganda. GRIP provides a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field of humanitarian work, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
The FY 2026 program will run from January 1****st****, 2026, to December 31****st **, 2026**, offering graduates the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in our various sectors. We look forward to welcoming individuals with a heart for service and a commitment to making a difference.
