Location: Applicants must live in and have the right to work in any of the following: United States (Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Washington, Washington D.C.), Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Honduras, Kenya, Mozambique, Nepal, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Zambia. Candidates willing to relocate to one of these locations must do so at their own expense. Hours/ Salary: 20 hours per week/ $25/ hour

Requirements
Key Responsibilities & IT Guardrails:
- Assess organizational readiness and current AI usage patterns.
- Establish data privacy protocols and "Safe Search" boundaries.
- Collaborate with IT to define administrative controls.
- Identify high-impact use cases for departmental pilots.
Key Deliverables:
- Gemini Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
- Departmental AI Prompt Library.
- 90-Day Enterprise Scaling Report.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of Generative AI principles and Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Ability to translate technical IT guardrails into user-friendly guidance.
- Strategic thinking regarding digital transformation and governance.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
LANGUAGE/MATHEMATICAL AND REASONING SKILLS
Fluency in English is required, including strong writing and verbal skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Preferred: Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google Workspace Administrator certification.
Alternative: Completion of a recognized Generative AI Governance or Ethics course (e.g., via Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or Google Cloud Skills Boost).
Equivalency: In lieu of formal certifications, we highly value a portfolio or demonstrated experience in drafting organizational policies, managing Google Workspace environments, or implementing AI-driven workflows in a professional or academic setting.
