Job Description

Job Overview:

The Treasurer will be responsible for Global Treasury efforts including the annual insurance renewal process, supporting Endowment and 403(b) oversight. Ensures the maintenance of organization’s liquidity and financial stability. Develops and manages strategies, operations, policies and budgets relating to treasury activities. The Treasurer will serve as a key advisor to CFO on day-to-day cash, F/X exposure and risk management.

Major Responsibilities:

- Develop funding and liquidity plans; aggregate and monitor cash flows from operating activities globally; Ensure flawless execution of daily bank settlements in more than 40 countries / 30 currencies - Prepare cash flow variance analysis, highlight trends in operating liquidity, evaluate threats and opportunities in the organization’s liquidity plans - Implement, configure and administer a new Global Treasury Management System. Ensure appropriate controls are implemented within the treasury systems. Drive the technology strategy of the treasury department - Evaluate cash controls, processes, and financial service utilization globally (International & Domestic programmatic areas); including the development of world-wide controls and processes for bank administration, documentation of account opening, and control of bank contracts. Develop policies for assuring use of preferred banks globally. Responsible for bank relationships worldwide. - Support CFO, Investment and 403b Committees - Lead the organization’s annual insurance renewal process; including claims process - Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis and Controllership functions to facilitate forecast and reporting of liquidity, foreign exchange, foreign exchange risk, hedging and accounting positions - Lead and expand utilization of the Corporate Credit Card Program including management of IOM Loan Department - Monitor and support employee savings plans; partner with HR on impact of employee benefit plans and reporting - Ensure compliance with global treasury-related regulatory obligations and manage regulatory reporting requirements - Participate in special projects and travel as needed

Job Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of Global Treasury experience

Sophisticated knowledge of financial systems including experience using advanced analytics, accounting and finance tools

Extensive knowledge of US and international payment systems

Preferred experience & skills:

MBA in Finance

Experience with ERP and payment systems

Working Environment: Standard office working environment
