You will join DRC’s Global Finance Division, based at HQ in Copenhagen. We cover the full spectrum of finance responsibilities across the organization. The department consists of more than 50 finance professionals with diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and areas of expertise, bringing strong analytical, technical, and operational capacities. Together, we work to ensure that DRC’s financial management is robust, compliant, and continuously evolving to support high quality humanitarian delivery in more than 30 countries. You will report to the Global Finance Director and work closely with the Finance Leadership Team (FLT).

  • Coordinate governance processes with the Global Finance Director and FLT, including meetings, documentation, and follow-up on decisions.

You thrive in structured work, enjoy improving systems and processes, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
