Manage licenses and permits for the organization and branches.
You have:
- Experience in managing licenses and permits for organizations.
- Knowledge of the documentation required for licensing processes.
- Ability to ensure regulatory compliance for the organization.
- Good communication skills to interact with authorities and provide support.
- Experience in general service activities for organizational support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tramita las licencias y permisos de funcionamiento nuevas o renovación para ON y sucursales
• Elaborar el plan de trabajo permisos y licencias de funcionamiento de ON y sucursales.
• Recabar la docuementación necesaria para trámites ( de la empresa, local y Manuales PICP)
• Asegurarse que los costos son correctos de acuerdo al giro de la empresa
• Asegurarse que la empresa cuenta con todos los permisos y licencias requeridos
*Atender visitas de autoridades y PC
*Apoyo a trámites diversos Bancarios
*Tramites CFE
*Tramites de vehículos
* Apoyo en actividades Servicios generales
