- Dos años de experiencia en gestión y movilización de voluntariado comunitario.
- Experiencia en desarrollo local y proyectos comunitarios.
- Manejo de metodologÃas participativas con niñez, adolescencia y juventud.
- Disponibilidad para residir en la zona de influencia.
- Indispensable saber conducir motocicleta.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
