- Experience in leading strategic economic empowerment and child well-being interventions.
- Strong ability to articulate effectively with field teams, technical areas, and external partners.
- Ability to develop key partnerships with public and private sector actors.
- Experience in managing integrated and results-oriented programs.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in family development.
