Overview
Support gender equality strategies in crisis response initiatives.
You have:
- 4 years of relevant professional experience, including significant work in developing countries or humanitarian contexts.
- Extensive experience in providing management consulting services, practical experience in designing, monitoring, and evaluating gender-sensitive programs.
- Deep technical knowledge on gender in humanitarian action, gender analysis, rapid assessment, etc.
- Experience in conflict or post-conflict settings: experience in conflict prevention, peacebuilding, recovery, resilience, and development considering gender.
- Knowledge and experience in crisis response operations, including recovery planning and resilience in at least two different regions.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent oral and written abilities.
Contract
