Overview
Manage GBVIMS, ensuring accurate data collection and training staff.
You have:
- At least 5 years of experience and 3 years in implementing a GBV program in a humanitarian context.
- Deep understanding of the Gender Based Violence guiding principles and what it means to provide a survivor-centered response.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Access and database software, including in depth knowledge of pivot table/chart and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: the ability to liaise with people successfully and effectively in a wide range of functions in a multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge on developing data collection tools (KOBO).
