At UNICEF COLOMBIA we work to generate positive changes in the lives of children and adolescents. Our current work plan runs from 2021 to the end of 2024 and aims to ensure that children and adolescents enjoy their rights through equitable access to social services, improve their learning and live protected from all types of violence.

We work throughout Colombia, with special focus on the departments where children have fewer opportunities: Chocó, Cauca, Nariño, Antioquia, Córdoba, Amazonas, Putumayo, La Guajira, Caquetá, Atlántico, Arauca and Norte de Santander.

How can you make a difference?

Under the supervision of the Individual Specialist (NOC) and in constantly collaboration with Mobilization Manager (P4), lead the area of donor retention and loyalty, marketing analisis, including data collection, analysis and monitor and evaluate the work plan to prospect new donors and retain current ones through of the main sources of PSFR Colombia unrestricted OR and RR funds.

Key Functions

  1. Provide relevant operational data from campaigns (Prospecting, House List, and Call Center) and propose campaign objectives, metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
  2. Generate relevant information from the main reports for the correct implementation of fundraising campaigns for individuals.
  3. Ensure that administrative tasks and responsibilities are effectively carried out and delivered.
  4. Promote cross-functional coordination and collaboration with other area.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of national relevant professional work experience in marketing or any other relevant function. Fundraising experience is an asset.
  • Good level of English and Spanish is required.
