You have:
- More than 2 years of international experience in F2F with international development organizations/charities.
- Experience of managing multiple teams, minimum 3-4 teams.
- Documented relevant experience highlighted in cover letter.
- Submission of a financial proposal in the required template.
- Three professional references should be provided.

LOCATION: New Delhi
DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 11.5 months from start date of the contract. Full-time consultancy i.e. 21.75 days per month excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

The consultant will be selected as per the criteria outlined below:
Please note that no scores are assigned to Cover Letter and CV. However, initial shortlisting will be done on review of these documents and based on the following 2 criteria:
- International Experience in F2F with international development organizations/charities – more than 2 years
- Experience of managing multiple teams, minimum 3-4 teams
Candidates who are shortlisted based on initial screening will be invited for an online interview.
Interview Max marks 80.
- The objective will be to judge the candidate on the following parameters:
- Relevant experience
- No of years of experience
- Results achieved in terms of no of people managed, no of donors recruited, the volume of business generated in previous roles etc.
Candidates who score overall 56 marks and above out of 80 marks in the interview to be considered technically responsive and their financials will be opened.
TOTAL MARKS FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL 56/80 - Candidates who score overall 56 marks and above out of 80 will be considered technically qualified and their financials opened.
FINANCIAL PROPOSAL - PRICE
20 point are allocated to the lowest priced proposal, based on day-rate. The financial scores of the other proposals will be in inverse proportion to the lowest price.
TOTAL MARKS 100
Reference checks of the successful candidate, who will be offered the consultancy will be done
Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF’s selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.
