Contract

We are looking for an internal national ICLA Digital Transformation Technical Officer (TO) who will contribute to the design, testing and roll out of digital solutions, in particular ICLA Kobli platform. The Technical Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of ICLA digital activities at national level and will contribute to the further development and implementation of Kobli components and digital pilots.
Background
The ICLA - Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance programme delivers legal aid in Ukraine to internally displaced and conflict-affected persons on legal identity, IDP registration, housing, land and property (HLP), employment law and procedures and access to essential services. Capacity building initiatives with key stakeholders are also implemented to strengthen the institutional response on legal protection.
NRC ICLA has embarked on a digital transformation journey where information and communication technology play an increasingly important role in the provision of legal services to project participants. In June 2023, NRC ICLA launched Kobli in Ukraine, a digital platform that includes a content management component, for the delivery of updated and timely information on legal protection issues, a user portal and a legal case management system.
