We are looking for a passionate Program Assistant (Relation Management System), based in Hanoi.

How can you make a difference?

You will support the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization (PARMO) office in its use of the relationship management systems and processes to achieve the goal of maximizing the number of global partnerships, business for results for children, and new supporters acquired and the related net income, as part of the implementation of the UNICEF resource mobilization workplan in the Viet Nam Country Office (VCO) to support programme goals for children in Viet Nam.

Along with other administrative tasks, you will be responsible for administrating the CRM as it is developed into a significant database, ensuring data accuracy and interacting with other teams in the processing of CRM related transactions.

Key functions/accountabilities:

- Support the maintenance of data structures, and models to facilitate constant improvements in analysis and insights leading to better use of the CRM, including database integrity by ensuring data is complete, secure and reports are duly reconciled.

- Work with volunteers in the Planning Committee to perform data analysis and reporting and other relevant activities in support of optimizing opportunities.

- Support the relevant manager in the delivery of reports and analysis which may include tactical, day to day reporting, and strategic analytical reports driving longer term decision making.

- Collaborate with relevant internal and external partners to ensure appropriate management and security of the information under your care.

- Manage and perform the analysis of collected stakeholder data and information and preparation of progress monitoring reports.

- Work closely with PARMO colleagues across sub-sections as well as communication and finance teams.

- Support colleagues in PARMO to revise relevant the standard operating procedures.

- Adhere to UNICEF policies, procedures, audit requirements and compliance guidelines such as data privacy and PCI-DSS.

- Provide relevant background research for colleagues in support of their use of the CRM.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

- Education: Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in Information Technology, Mathematics, Marketing, Business Administration or closely related fields.

- Experience: a minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience; relevant experience in the field of data analysis, data management, and process management is preferred. Experience with Salesforce and / or other donor management systems an asset.

- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.

Skills required/ desirable:

- Mathematical ability.

- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data in a visual way for end users to understand.

- Problem-solving and communication skills.

- A methodical and logical approach.

- Ability to understand and present complex data analysis in an easy-to-understand format.

Desired technical knowledge

- Expertise in reports / analytical / data visualization packages such as PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos.

- Knowledge of SQL / data management.
