Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The position of Financing Partnerships Specialist is assigned to the Partner Funds Division (CCPF) within the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CCSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

You will report to the Director, Partner Funds and will oversee Technical Local staff.

You will:

As a Financing Partnerships Specialist, you will (i) be responsible for cofinancing data accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness; (ii) prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, data requests, and MIS reporting; (iii) promote broader understanding on system enhancements to increase work process digitization and streamlining; (iv) closely collaborate with ADB’s Data Management Sub-Committee; relevant internal departments, especially cofinancing data users, and ITD; vendors; peer organizations; and external financing partners; (v) supervise national staff.
