Support the Country Finance Manager in daily finance operations

You have:

Implement NRC’s systems and procedures at Country Level.
Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements.
Prepare and submit reports and analysis.
Assist in overall budget control and monitor cash flows.
Support line managers in finance procedures and require finance trainings.
Ensure that the accounting, monitoring and reporting are according to procedures.
Support project staff in financial matters.
Ensure proper filing of all Finance documents.
Implement anti-corruption policy.
Actively promote PSEA standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.

This is a Professional contract, Grade 6 (NRC) contract. More about Professional contract, Grade 6 (NRC) contracts.

The Finance Technical Officer based in Tunis, Tunisia will support the Country Finance Manager in the day to day running of Finance for NRC Libya.

Please note as we support Libya operations in Tunis we work Sunday - Thursday with Friday and Saturday as the weekend.
