Implement NRC's financial systems and ensure compliance with policies.
You have:
- Experience in implementing financial systems and procedures
- Understanding of donor requirements and adherence to policies
- Ability to prepare and submit financial reports
- Ability to support training and procedures for team members
- Knowledge of budget control and monitoring cash flow
Contract
This is a Professional contract, Grade 4 (NRC) contract. More about Professional contract, Grade 4 (NRC) contracts.
Generic responsibilities:
- Implement NRC’s systems and procedures
- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements
- Prepare and submit reports and analysis
- Ensure proper filing of all support documents
- Support line manager in procedures and require support in team training
- Ensure that the accounting, monitoring and reporting are according to procedures
- Support project area office staff in financial matters
- Maintain budget control and monitor cash flow for the area
- Promote the rights of refugees and displaced in line with the advocacy strategy
- Ensure that key learnings are extracted from operations regarding protection, and incorporate them into program strategy and staff development processes
