Reports to: Area Support Coordinator
Supervision of: Finance Technical Assistant and Technical supervision of the Finance officer in Derna
Duty station: Benghazi, Libya
Travel: 30%

Duration and type of contract: 12 months

Role and responsibilities
The Finance Team Leader is responsible for ensuring timely and quality internal and external financial reporting of the Area office east, and for assisting in budget preparation related to grants, funds, and budgets for all related programmes, donors, and departments by ensuring adherence to NRC’s policies and donor requirements.
