Perform financial reporting and support project staff in finance matters.
You have:
- Generates and consolidates financial reports from all field offices.
- Prepares and develops status reports as required by management.
- Ensures proper filing of documents and transactions.
- Assists with the implementation of the Finance function portfolio according to plan of action.

Role and responsibilities
The Finance Officer is responsible for generating and consolidating financial reports from all field offices.
Generic responsibilities
- Adhere to NRC Finance policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
- Assist with the implementation of the Finance function portfolio according to plan of action
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of documents and transactions
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the Finance function
- Prepare bank account and cashbox reconciliations for the Area office
- Prepare the financial Project Summary
- Distribute information and reports as required
- Support project staff in financial matters
- Actively promote PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.
