You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in management studies such as Business Administration and Economics or any other related fields.
- Minimum Two to three relevant experiences.
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
- Strong Communication Skills and good command of oral and written English.
- Good Organizational skills.
- Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage.
Job Description
General Duties
- The position holder is also responsible for effectively reviewing and collecting data for financial reports of partners. - Field visit, Reviewing and performing spot check on financial statements and reports of partners. - Reviewing bank and cashbooks for all expenditure and income to ensure that they are correctly coded. - Assisting the Partnership manager in partnership activities or tasks. - Archiving the partner's original documents into digital formats and hard copies to archive. - Regular follow-up with partners. - Visit to partners office for partner capacity assessment. - Traveling to different field offices for spot check of partner offices and reporting to supervisor. - Reviewing partners financial reporting and report to Supervisor. - Any other job relevant duty assigned by direct supervisor. - Support Partners in completing their month end requirements. Provide feedback and training on reporting to these locations. Maintain a tracker to monitor Partner submissions. - Ensuring all data is fully booked in the systems. Partner payments duly recorded, and tracker maintained for payments and expenses. Supporting Partnership finance manager in partner monthly/Quarterly reconciliations
Specific Duties:
- Ensure the management of the data files and the appropriate filing and hard copies of the financial documents and reports. - Any other task assigned by the supervisor in accordance with IRC policy and regulations. - Ensure that documents of the partners are provided to Auditors. - Maintain the accounts, following relevant IRC rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management studies such as Business Administration and Economics or any other related fields. - Years of Experience: Minimum Two to three relevant experiences. - Skills: - Technical Competency: - Communication and reporting skills - Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English - Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage - Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail - Strong Communication Skills and good command of oral and written English - Good Organizational skills
