Overview
Lead financial management for IDRL access program, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
You have:
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis roles (experience with an international non-profit/NGO is preferred)
- Strong commitment to CHAI’s values and mission
- Advanced degree; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Administration (MPA) preferred. A bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an Advanced degree.
- High emotional intelligence, patience, and thoughtfulness even in high-pressure, stressful situations
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems
