Job Description
IRC responsibilities For the duration of this assignment the intern/graduate trainee will receive: a monthly remuneration = $300
Attachment responsibilities Intern / Graduate trainee will remain responsible for all costs associated with: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: will assist the team during the Integra go-live by scanning and organizing documents for the fiscal year 2023/2024, assuming some administrative responsibilities to enable the team to dedicate more attention to the implementation of the new system.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: to gain hands-on experience in various financial tasks during the Integra go-live. To learn about communication and coordination. Management of time. to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and process
Qualifications
INTERN’S RESPONSIBILITIES: - scanning FY23/24 Documents - receiving and filing invoices from suppliers - support the team on social security declarations - liaise with bank officials for cash reservations - dropping exchange transfers at the bank - picking up bank statements from the bank
DELIVERABLES : All FY23/24 Documents are scanned on box, organized by year, month and currency link is shared with the team for easy access and
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting or finance studies or business administration is desirable.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Regular hours from 9 to 5 pm – 1 hour lunch break Finance Intern will have access to a laptop.
IRC interns and Graduate trainees represent the agency both during and outside of work hours and are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect local laws, customs and IRC policies, procedures, and values at all times.
