Overview

Provide professional accounting, budgeting, compliance, payroll, treasury, and HR support.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • ACCA/CPA -PNG- Papua New Guinea qualification
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management or operations within an international NGO or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Proven ability to implement internal controls and manage compliance in a complex donor-funded environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
