Overview
Provide high quality finance services to support CHAI’s operations in Sierra Leone.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, Banking, or a related financial discipline; Master’s degree in Finance or recognized accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA) will be a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in similar position in financial and administrative management of NGOs
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft operating Systems with an excellent command over MS Excel
- Working Knowledge of ERP Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Unit 4/Agresso, and MS NetSuite is required)
- Fluency in English required, Fluency in Krio a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality of policy and compliance procedures
