You have:

  • Proven experience in financial data collection and monitoring of projects and programs.
  • Completion of secondary education. A post-secondary certificate in the relevant functional area is desirable.
  • Fluency in English (Level C). Intermediate proficiency in another official language may be required depending on the duty station.
  • Ability to provide guidance and on-the-job training to other support staff.

1. Aider à fournir au personnel une assistance sur les procédures applicables et un appui technique dans les domaines de la finance et du budget pour veiller au respect des politiques et des règles de gestion financière et du Règlement financier du PAM. 2. Assurer un suivi mensuel des prévisions de dépenses et communiquer des rapports sur les dépenses afin de faciliter la prise de décisions en connaissance de cause. 3. Assurer un suivi régulier des comptes d'avances temporaires et des comptes auxiliaires pour vérifier que les fonds sont disponibles et décaissés de manière appropriée. 4. Vérifier les créances des fournisseurs, les avances et les autres sommes à recevoir et respecter les procédures d'achat appropriées, afin de s'assurer que les fournisseurs sont réglés en temps voulu et conformément aux règles de gestion financière et au Règlement financier du PAM. 5. Aider à réunir des informations en provenance de diverses sources pour établir des états budgétaires, comptables, financiers et statistiques. 6. Récupérer, mettre en forme et vérifier les informations issues de divers systèmes d'information financière et porter les anomalies ou inexactitudes éventuelles à l'attention du ou de la responsable hiérarchique, et assurer le suivi des mesures correctives. 7. Effectuer des tâches administratives relatives au suivi et à l'enregistrement des immobilisations et des dépenses en carburant et en pièces détachées destinées aux véhicules et aux groupes électrogènes, afin de s'assurer que les bases de données sont actualisées correctement. 8. Tenir à jour le registre Web où sont consignés les factures et les paiements et archiver les pièces, afin de s'assurer que tous les documents sont gérés et classés conformément aux normes et directives du PAM. 9. Assurer le suivi et l'enregistrement de toutes les dépenses conformément au budget approuvé pour s'assurer que les dépenses facturées sont correctes et que les paiements destinés aux fournisseurs externes, les dons en espèces et les autres factures de fournisseurs sont traités en temps voulu. 10. Donner des orientations et dispenser des formations en cours d'emploi à d'autres membres du personnel d'appui de façon à fournir les services de manière cohérente et dans le respect des normes requises.

EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE: • Expérience de la collecte et du suivi des données financières sur les projets et les programmes, de l'évaluation de la santé et de la situation financières et de la communication des constatations aux hauts responsables.

Formation: Achèvement des études secondaires. Un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable. Connaissances linguistiques: Agents des services généraux (Siège): maîtrise (niveau C) de l’anglais. La maîtrise (niveau C) ou la connaissance intermédiaire (niveau B) d’une autre langue officielle peut être exigée en fonction de l’endroit où se trouve le poste ou du domaine de responsabilité considéré. Agents des services généraux (sur le terrain): maîtrise de la langue (parlée et écrite) de l'ONU utilisée dans le lieu d'affectation et de la langue du lieu d'affectation, si celle-ci est différente de la première.
