Manage financial aspects of partnerships in Poland effectively and ensure compliance.
You have:
- Fluency in Polish and strong English skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nonprofit financial management and donor-funded projects
- Experience in training and mentoring NGOs/CBOs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial tracking systems
