Overview
Support financial management in the IDRL program to drive effective decision-making.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of prior experience in a related field (experience with an international non-profit/NGO is preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); experience with financial systems and dashboards including Agresso and Power BI.
- Strong familiarity with budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, accounting best-practices, and expense reporting.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
