Key Responsibilities:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement General Ledger Standards in the overall administration and management of Sunsystems and other related finance and accounting systems in establishing proper system controls, processes and integration in coordination with other Finance teams and organizations (FRSC, SSC, SAPO, Zonal Offices, etc.)

General Ledger standards are complied with (COA, user permissions, ledger set ups, etc.).

Only authorized users to systems are given appropriate access.

Standards processes and system controls are implemented.

Ensuring Government Compliance (Annual registration, CAS renewal, AP permits consolidation, etc..)

On time filing of annual registration & CAS renewal and completed AP certificates for AFS SEC filing

Perform Income Account & Bank Reconciliation , Account Analysis, review of Balance Sheet accounts & correct codings, ensuring accuracy and providing feedback and resolutions on issues as well as prepare adjusting entries as necessary

GC, FRSC and SSC reconciliation are reviewed, account analysis are performed and reporting issues are resolved.

Assist on preparation of various FS Schedules & Statutory entries

Yearend FS schedules are prepared & Monthly statutory entries are updated

Preparation of journal entries to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statement for partnership reporting(DC entries, accruals & etc)

Entries are accurate and posted on time.

Design Report Templates and reporting tools

& contribute to overall team objectives and various Global/ regional initiatives and projects in the areas of Accounts payable, travel and expense, payroll accounting, general ledger, financial reporting including process improvements and efficiency.

Report designs are developed and improved continuously. Achievement of team objectives

Prepare training materials and conduct necessary user trainings to Finance users on Sunsystem, PMQA, and other related finance systems.

Authorized users of Sunsystems, PMQA, Sharepoint, and other related systems are trained and equipped to use the system in accordance with standards
