Overview

Conduct data collection for various M&E tasks

You have:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent required.
  • Voluntary service, community engagement or work experience can be considered in lieu of any formal education.
  • Mandatory English language skills at a working knowledge level.
  • Skills in community development are desirable.

Contract

This is a UNV Community Volunteer contract. This kind of contract is known as National UN Volunteer. It is normally only for nationals. More about UNV Community Volunteer contracts.

Description of task

Under the direct supervision of the head of Monitoring & Evaluation unit, the National UN Youth Volunteer will:

  • Conduct data collection, using WFP M&E tools, for the following monitoring types:

  • Distribution Monitoring for the in-kind modality

  • Post distribution monitoring at household level
  • Monitoring visits to shops
  • Ad-hoc M&E data collection

Educational additional comments

  • Secondary school education or equivalent;
  • Voluntary service, community engagement or work experience can be considered in lieu of any formal education;
