- Degree/HND in Finance/Accounting/Economics. Enrolled CPA/CA/CIMA will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge in accounting software. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Accountabilities and Results
- Facilitate field leadership and all staff in the field to ensure they fairly understand all the organization financial policies, procedures, tools, templates and checklists
- Collaborate with Provision users and Field procurement staff to review provision requests and budget availability on timely basis
- Work to improve timely payment requests by responsively creating all invoices in Provision and having the same approved and moved to shared services
- Weekly extraction of Account Listing to monitor projects activities and budget stands and also correct any incorrect or wrongly charged codes to project
- Prepare and run monthly AP financial reports and ensure timely review and approval of the same before 5th of the following -Monthly BVAs
- Support budgeting process semi-annual and annual budgeting process
- Coordinate weekly fuel reviews, liquidation, reconciliations and replenishment
- Support field payments may be required from to time including coordinating mobile money payments
- Support in balance sheet account reconciliation and management
- Manage petty cash as may be required
- Compile all supporting documents and stage all payments for both staff and Vendors, after approval, extract payments advice and shared to all Field Finance Officers for their various APs and Cluster staff and sometimes shared with Vendors as and when required.
Other Support areas
- Oversight the support services requirements at field level-Office, Fleet etc.
- Assist the Cluster/Project Manager in ensuring that project assets are secured, safe and well maintained; oversee logistics coordination; and maintain up to date asset and inventory register.
- Support assigned grants financial management at field level as may be required
- Support risk and compliance management at field level
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Educational level required: Degree/HND in Finance/Accounting /Economics. Enrolled CPA/CA /CIMA will be an added advantage
- Technical Training qualifications required: Good working knowledge in accounting software. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
- Experience: 2 years in similar position.
- Other: Good analytical skills.

Working Environment / Conditions:
- Work environment: Office-based with frequent travel to the field
- Travel: 10% Domestic travel is required.
