You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, development studies and any other related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in developing and conducting training, including Training of Trainer, Value Addition Training, group mentoring
- Experience in livelihood training related to entrepreneurship and business skill is an advantage
- Strong participatory facilitation skills
Job Description
Main Tasks of the job:
1. Assist in developing and adjusting Value Addition and Learn to Earn curriculum with close coordination with the IRC’s Livelihoods staff. 2. Assist in developing, translating, and producing of project learning material Facilitating and Co-facilitate Value Addition and Learn to Earn training according to curriculum methodology and training schedule as agree with the IRC’s Livelihood team 3. Coordinate with IRC’s Livelihoods Project’s staff, CDCs and other relevant organization for implementing Value Addition and Learn to Earn activities. 4. building market-relevant skills and knowledge, supporting networks of business mentors and coaches. 5. Ensure preparatory task for implementing project’s activity are completed according to project’s workplan, including ensure financial and supply chain documents are completed and align with IRC and donner compliant policy. 6. Assist the IRC’s Livelihood Project’s staff to monitor project deliverable. 7. Collect information/data related to project’s activities, including data necessary for project indicator as well as record on the successes and challenges, and report the progress of the project at regular intervals to supervisor.
Key Working Relationships:
- Work jointly with vocational trainers and trainees, Value Addition trainees, producer group members and entrepreneur providing technical supports in terms of identifying type of vocations enterprises and product development and design - Contribute in conducting assessments surveys and sectorial value chain assessments.
- Work closely and conduct regular meetings with Value Addition trainees, entrepreneurs, business entities and market actors to promote the quality of products and improve the sales of trainees.
Qualifications
