The World Trade Organization (WTO) is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist – Project Coordinator in the Facilities Management Section of the Finance and Corporate Services Division.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing a wide range of technical coordination services in key areas of facilities and building management. This includes performing routine and specialized operational tasks while ensuring compliance with quality standards:

- assist in managing renovation projects; - monitor and report monthly on requests for ongoing interventions; - provide support in the preparation of technical and complex terms of references; - assist in the analysis of offers; carry out targeted research in the technical fields of the building; - source for specialised contractors; - manage external providers and ensure conformity of work; - conduct inspection rounds in buildings to report any anomalies found; - provide assistance in setting up major events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

- Completed secondary education.

Knowledge and Skills:

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in using software such as Word and Excel.

- Ability to analyse technical documents.

- Expertise in CAD tools (such as ARCHICAD) is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Facilities Management best practices.

Behavioural Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and independently.

- Ability to perform multiple tasks, with anticipation and initiative

- Willingness to share information and ideas as a team

- Flexibility and adaptability; courtesy, tact and discretion.

Work Experience:

- Five years of relevant experience in the Facilities Management or related field.

Languages:

- Fluency in French is required.

- Working knowledge of English is desired.
