Long Description ---------------- Bajo la autoridad del Director de la Oficina y la supervisión del Oficial Administrativo, el Asistente de Facilities brinda apoyo a la gestión y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de las instalaciones de UNESCO. Deberes y responsabilidades: - Coordinar el mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones del edificio. - Supervisar y controlar la gestión de empresas proveedoras de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo de distintas especialidades, aseo, limpieza de fachada, jardinería, obras civiles, electricidad, entre otros. - Informar a la administración sobre los problemas de mantenimiento del edificio. - Planificar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de todas las instalaciones del edificio. - Hacer seguimiento a las solicitudes de cotización para las obras y mantenimiento de las instalaciones. - Apoyar en la organización del mobiliario del edificio, así como el levantamiento de información del activo fijo (inventario) - Ser el reemplazo del conductor oficial, así como monitorear lo relacionado al mantenimiento del vehículo oficial.
