Organize entertainment and development activities for children in Community centers.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children or in community-based activities
- Knowledge of child protection principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, patient, and adaptable team player
- Basic reporting and organizational skills
- Good command of Armenian; English is a plus

Description
Duty station: Malishka (Vayots Dzor) / Bardzravan (Syunik) Duration: 3 months (with possible prolongation by municipality) Start date: November 2025 Deadline: October 15, 2025 (urgent need) Line manager: Head of Emergency Programmes Contract type: Service Contract

Main Duties & Responsibilities
The facilitator in close cooperation with “People in Need” NGO and municipality is obliged to organize entertainment and development activities for children attending the “Child Friendly Space” Established in Malishka (Vayots Dzor) and Bardzravan (Syunik) Communities. The facilitators will:
Registers children visiting established centers (according to purpose and main place of work) and organizes age meetings from Monday to Friday.
Showing an individual approach ensures the active participation of all children in the organized classes.
Ensures diversity in the center's planning and implementation of activities, meeting the needs of children of different ages, genders and abilities.
Adapts the activities of the center to the needs and interests of the children.
Ensures the active participation of children during the activities of the center.
Identifies children with health or psychosocial risks and reports to appropriate professional or People in Need staff.
During the group work, is responsible for the safety of the children.
Manages and provides children's visit sheet, monthly report on the work done.
Participates in capacity building courses and other events organized by "People in Need" NGO and the Municipality.
Performs other functions as needed.
Accountability and Safeguarding including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH):
Carries out the duties in accordance with the PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies.
Participates in training and awareness raising (CoC and KP, Safeguarding).
Implements Safeguarding measures throughout the projects' cycle including risk analysis related to SEAH and Child protection at the project/program level and develop a mitigation plan accordingly.
Ensures, when possible, that due diligence and/or capacity assessments of third parties include an assessment of third parties' implementation of key safeguarding and risk policies including the prevention of SEAH.
Creates and maintains a fulfilling and protective environment.
