You have:
- Implement educational strategies for children aged 7 to 11 under the 'Seeds for Education' project.
- Create and support community volunteer networks for executing educational clubs.
- Plan, monitor, and report project activities and goals.
- Enhance parental competencies for school support and child development.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementar estrategias y acciones educativas del Proyecto “Semillas para la Educación”, con niñez de 7 a 11 años y personas cuidadoras en territorios de intervención, conforme a lineamientos institucionales, para fortalecer habilidades de aritmética y lectoescritura, promover la permanencia e inserción escolar y contribuir al logro de metas del proyecto.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Implementar clubes comunitarios de niñez (7–11 años) para el desarrollo de aritmética y lectoescritura.
- Conformar y acompañar una red de voluntariado comunitario para la ejecución de clubes.
- Desarrollar procesos de sensibilización con madres, padres y personas cuidadoras sobre la importancia de la educación.
- Fortalecer competencias parentales para el acompañamiento escolar y el desarrollo integral de la niñez.
- Planificar, monitorear y reportar avances de actividades y metas del proyecto.
