Overview
Support technical training programs to enhance employability for youth in Tunisia.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire supérieur (master ou équivalent BAC+5) en économie, gestion, ingénierie, sciences de l'éducation, ou domaine pertinent requis.
- Un minimum de sept (7) années d’expérience professionnelle, dont au moins cinq (5) années d’expérience pratique dans le secteur de la formation technique et professionnelle (FTP) au sein d’organisations publiques et/ou privées est requis.
- Une expérience avérée en développement de curricula, la conception et mise en œuvre de formations, la formation de formateurs et/ou le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles dans le secteur de la formation professionnelle est requise.
- Excellente connaissance du système national de formation professionnelle en Tunisie, de ses cadres institutionnels et des réformes en cours requis.
- Une solide expérience dans la conception, la révision et la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation selon l’approche par compétences (APC) est désirable.
- Expérience avérée dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de dispositifs de formation innovants (formation modulaire, alternance, chantiers-écoles, formation à distance, etc.) requis.
- La maîtrise du français est requise. Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et de l'arabe constitue un atout.
