Support the Chief Representative Officer and Japan team with administrative duties
You have:
- University degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a support or coordination function in the private sector; experience in international and global organizations is a plus.
- Proven experience providing organizational support for cross-functional teams who enjoy working in a diversified collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to deliver and track progress against deadlines and demonstrate professionalism by responding effectively and appropriately to high-level demands under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation towards internal and external parties; ability to collaborate with other team members and with other teams in the delivery of highly connected tasks.
- Proven experience in problem-solving in the face of deadlines and unforeseen events, managing conflicting priorities under stress, and flexibility in the face of change.
- Fluency in Japanese (native level) and advanced/fluent English proficiency, with demonstrated experience in high-quality communications in both languages.
- Strong IT skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the Salesforce platform is a plus.
The position is based in the World Economic Forum Japan office in Tokyo.

The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Representative Officer of the Japan office and the rest of the Japan team on administrative and operational duties as well as communicate and collaborate across multiple internal departments of the Forum.
Responsibilities
