Overview
Manage technical components of rural property formalization and GIS information.
You have:
- Professional in cadastral engineering, topographical engineering, geography or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree related to Geographic Information Systems, Geomatics or related fields.
- Minimum five years of general experience in managing Geographic Information Systems.
- At least three years of fieldwork experience in rural areas supporting property adjudication projects, regularization of private property, land tenure definition, etc.
- Experience of three years in similar positions with international NGOs or similar employment in the public or private sector.
- Experience working with communities and rural women with awareness of gender, ethnic, race, disability, and age approaches.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and manage legal teams.
- Skills to present technical reports, monitor work plans, and conduct M&E and technical analysis.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, social networks and the internet.
