Overview
Lead the identification, structuring, and promotion of investment projects in WASH.
You have:
- Professional in Finance, Economics, Civil Engineering or related fields (MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project structuring, financing, investment or economic development.
- Desirable experience in WASH or community infrastructure projects, including design, supervision or execution.
- Experience working with communities and/or local governments.
- Experience in business development, promotion or project portfolio management.
- Experience collecting and analyzing technical, social and financial information in the field.
- Proficiency in digital tools for data collection and management (e.g., mWater, SIASAR, CRM or similar).
- High capacity for communication and presentation of technical and financial proposals.
- Experience in coordination with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Liderar la identificación, estructuración y promoción de proyectos de inversión en agua y saneamiento en comunidades priorizadas, facilitando el acceso a financiamiento y asistencia técnica en el marco de la Iniciativa Azure. El rol impulsa el desarrollo de un portafolio de proyectos financiables, fortalece las capacidades institucionales en financiamiento reembolsable y articula actores clave del ecosistema para garantizar la sostenibilidad de los servicios WASH.
REQUISITOS:
- Profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Civil o afines (deseable MBA o posgrado en Finanzas).
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en estructuración de proyectos, financiamiento, inversión o desarrollo económico.
- Deseable experiencia en proyectos WASH o infraestructura comunitaria, incluyendo diseño, supervisión o ejecución.
- Experiencia en trabajo de campo con comunidades y/o gobiernos locales.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, promoción o gestión de portafolio de proyectos.
- Experiencia recolectando y analizando información técnica, social y financiera en campo.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales de recolección y gestión de datos (ej. mWater, SIASAR, CRM o similares).
- Alta capacidad de comunicación y presentación de propuestas técnicas y financieras.
Experiencia en articulación con instituciones financieras.
