Job Description

- Support in development of multisectoral /integrated livelihoods approaches that support IRC EWB overall resilience SOP and country Program all operation area. - Support mainstreaming of current state of arts scientifically knowledge in the field of agricultural and VTC, Cash for work, Cash for Agriculture input, FFS, livestock and all cash grants for an improved EWB program implementation in the field of multisectoral/integrated livelihood program. - Support field EWB team during the project implantation such as participating multiple events like distribution, training, awareness raring etc. - Support in data collection and maintain an IRC EWB livelihood activities database and activities tracker. - Participating deferent program surveys and assessment. - Support generation of livelihood activities knowledge trough regular analysis/field visit of collected information and data related to program implementation. - Support the capacity strengthening initiatives through review and promotion of appropriate materials and curricula of all Livelihood programs implementation. - Participating external and internal livelihood meetings in case requested. - Contribute to development of appropriate training PPT, manuals to disseminate methodologies, guidelines, or standards for Cooperating Partners. - Support in strengthening the networks relevant to livelihoods activities especially with communities and rural woman. - Assist in maintaining accurate records and files within the area of work, keep filing system as per IRC EWB program requirements. - Participating integrated/multisectoral livelihood and Agriculture trainings. - Abide to IRC internship policy. - Any other job-relevant related duties as required.

Qualifications

- Enrolled in an undergraduate program (bachelor’s degree) at a recognized university, studying in the areas of Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Nutrition, Economics, Statistics, or another related field. - Recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate program at a recognized university in the areas of Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Business or Agriculture Extension. - Understanding on research and survey methodologies, designing, and implementing food security and nutrition survey, value chain study and market assessment is required. - Good spoken and written skill in English, Pashto, and Dari Languages.
