Overview
Assist in cash transfer and livelihoods programs for economic recovery and development.
You have:
- Have at least a Baccalauréat + 2 in social sciences, economics, development, sociology/psychology, agronomy or any equivalent diploma.
- Have mastery of local languages in the intervention zones: Kanuri, Mandara, Fulfulde…
- Have knowledge in Economics, Development, Sociology/Psychology, Agronomy or Nutrition, or significant equivalent professional experience is an asset.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in cash transfer and livelihood means, community development, entrepreneurship or similar activity.
- Experience in an NGO preferred, proven ability in community mobilization, beneficiary identification, selection, and registration is strongly required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the beneficiary identification, selection, and registration process with community involvement.
- Experience in developing business plans for youth activities and their implementation.
- Able to multitask.
- Have excellent command of computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Have a sense of organization and strong time management skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong time management, project study, and personnel organization skills.
- Have excellent planning and communication skills.
- The ability to speak fluently in French and/or English is an asset.
- Be of Cameroonian nationality.
