The services to be provided under the assignment will be underpinned by the CoT Water Conservation, Demand Management and Cost Recovery Feasibility Study undertaken in 2019 and aims at updating the study to firm up the bankability of the programme. The assignment includes: (i) the water loss program definition, scoping and evaluation, (ii) update the financial model of the program and draw a financing plan; (iii) undertake a socio-economic analysis, project impact analysis and economic and cost effectiveness analysis; (iv) institutional capacity needs assessment for the water loss program implementation; and (v) review and analysis of the climate integration, environmental and social safeguard requirements and assessment to ensure compliance to development finance institutions’ and national requirements or industry norms.
