The services to be provided under the Assignment include: (a) support the operationalization, coordination and roll-out of the Urban and Municipal Development Fund (UMDF), in-line with the approved UMDF Strategy, Results Management Framework and Business Plan; (b) mobilize Nordic solutions for the benefit of African cities, contributing to the overall Bank and Fund success at national and city level in the urban sector. (c) deepen the engagement of the Bank and UMDF with AfDB partner countries and cities for more integrated urban development and infrastructure investments to achieve resilient, liveable and productive urbanization.
