The consultant is expected to perform the following tasks:
- Work on reviewing and ensuring the delivery of all documents described above.
- Support the management and implementation of the Summit agenda related to the design of the various parallel and country sessions.
- Support the Summit coordination activities such as: coordinating the invitation process and the logistics activities, connecting with AfDB country managers for facilitating CPPs preparation with governments, liaise with recruited firms, editors, etc.
- Support the management for post event and evaluation activities.
- Work with the PEVP teams to undertake any other responsibility that will ensure smooth and effective organization of the event.
