The Bank is seeking to engage an Equity Investment Officer (Consultant). The Equity Investment Officer Consultant is expected to primarily work closely with the Vice President and origination teams with a special focus on equity investments and also support various NSO teams in the negotiation, structuring and execution of high-value/complex equity investments in various sectors and also provide expertise and guidance on various equity investments related matters (e.g. exit strategy formulation, minority shareholder protection).
