Under the supervision of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Business Analyst will coordinate business and technical teams during engagement with different Bank-wide clients Bank for the analysis, design, quality assurance, customer relations management, architecture, and maintenance activities for multiple IT platforms including SAP, Oracle, MS SharePoint, MS .Net and web-based collaboration, and content management platforms. These activities will be performed in close consultation with the business users from multiple departments across the Bank and technical teams from multiple divisions within TCIS from application development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Change Management, and IT Helpdesk teams.
