You have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience engaged on training, counseling, business development support and access to market.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management or in a related field.
  • Master's Degree in the related field would be an added advantage.
  • Full details of 3 referees (2 professionals and 1 spiritual) including 1 HR Practitioner are required.

World Vision Lesotho is expanding its footprint in community transformation and sustainable development. As part of our long-term strategy to grow our grant portfolio and ensure program sustainability, we are building a Talent Pool of Specialists for upcoming projects across Lesotho.

Interested candidates who meet below specifications are invited to submit CV's with motivation letter on the basis of the following.

  • Support economic inclusion through business development, training, and market linkages for vulnerable communities;
  • Specialist in local entrepreneurship, with a minimum of 5 years of experience engaged on training, counseling, business development support and access to market;
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management or in a related field;
  • Master Degree in the related field would be an added advantage.
