Oversee responses by field-based emergency teams in Afghanistan
You have:
- Experience in emergency response management, particularly in conflict or post-conflict settings.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., humanitarian studies, international relations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in difficult conditions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Job Overview:
The purpose of this position is to oversee responses by field-based emergency teams under the guidance of the Emergency Response Manager, who is responsible for supporting the planning, data management and implementation of emergency activities in Afghanistan, in close collaboration with the Area Managers, Head of Operations, and Head of Programme.
