L’application mobile TICTACADOS est une application d’offre de services digitalisés d’offre de services de santé reproductive en cours de développement. Cette application intègre des services digitaux de santé sexuelle et reproductive incluant information, téléconsultation et orientation vers des services physiques. Un cadre opérationnel clair est nécessaire pour définir les parcours utilisateurs et garantir la qualité des services.

Le/la Volontaire contribuera à la définition du paquet minimum de services SSR digitalisés et des protocoles opérationnels de l’application TICTACADOS afin d’assurer un accès structuré et sécurisé aux services pour les adolescents et jeunes.

Le/la UNV sera chargé(e) de : ● Définir le paquet minimum de services SSR digitalisés ● Élaborer le protocole de téléconsultation et téléconseil ● Structurer les parcours utilisateurs (chatbot → humain → service physique) ● Définir les niveaux de services SSR (information, conseil, consultation, référence) ● Harmoniser le protocole avec les normes nationales et internationales ● Intégrer les services communautaires dans le continuum de soins

● Expérience en santé reproductive des adolescents et jeunes (SRAJ) ● Connaissance de la télémédecine ou santé digitale ● Expérience en élaboration de protocoles ou guidelines cliniques
