Result of Service The consultant’s outputs will contribute to the improvement of the sites management and presentations of the business facilitation program in favor of the beneficiary countries

Duties and Responsibilities In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation program, under the supervision of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will:
Develop two monitoring dashboards of the systems developed and installed in the context of the business facilitation programme. The board should be composed of the following parts:
Public interface
o List of all eRegulations systems with links to the portals o List of all Trade Portal systems with links to the portals o List of all eRegistrations systems (test, development, live) with links to the portals grouped by their country and their version.
For each system, an automated check of the SSL validity must be configured and alerts must be sent when they are close to expiry.
For each eRegistrations component (BPA, DS, GDB etc) develop a functionality to check if the component is running. A status icon must appear next to the system’s component.
Admin interface
o Create a user o Ability to define new eRegulations/Tradeportal instances o Ability to define new eRegistrations systems o Ability to define new components of eRegistrations system (BPA,DS, GDB etc) and define check endpoint.
Qualifications/special skills Advanced university degree (Master or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field. A first level university degree (Bachelor) in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree. 7 years experience in development and implementation of IT systems and software development.
