You have:
- Libyan nationality required for this position.
- Minimum 4 days a week travel to field locations required.
- Experience in project management in education or humanitarian context preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
- Demonstrated understanding of humanitarian principles and advocacy.

NORCAP, our global provider of expertise, helps improve international and local ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from crises. NRC also runs the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre in Geneva, a global leader in reporting on and advocating for people displaced within their own country.

Position: Education Project Officer (Libyan national only)
Reports to: Education Project Team Leader
Supervision of: Education Technical Assistants (without line management)
Duty station: Misrata
Travel % At minimum regular travel to field locations 4 days a week.
Duration and type of contract: Renewable based on performance and funding
